Provided space plan and full update re-design for the 1600SF community clubhouse. Services included conceptual design, finish selections, flooring plans, elevations, lighting design, furniture plans, interiors construction administration and Installation site visits. Additional design and visualization services provided for layout, hardscaping, lighting and landscaping of the two community entrances.
